If you want to see the world tallest structure so it is the Europe’s best known Landmark is Eiffel tower which is the Paris popular symbol. If you haven’t seen the Eiffel tower so it’s mean you haven’t seen Paris completely. It is 300 m tall and at the end of 19th century it was twice than before as compare to the Washington public monument which was the tallest structure at their time.

It is situated on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. In the year 1889 it was originally constructed as the entrance arch for the World’s fair. The person who has designed this was Gustavo Eiffel. For the 41 years ago it was the tallest structure surpassed by the Chrysler Building in New York. This tower is made up of iron and contains the weight around 10,000 tones.  Besides that 50,000 tones of paint are added which protect it from every 7 years from the rust. Because of its height for wind resistant it was designed. Its height alters the temperature up to 15 centimeters. Around every year millions of people climb the Eiffel tower and it’s been a record that since its opening 250 million visitors had visited this place. This Eiffel tower contains three levels. For first two levels you can climb with the stairs or by a lift which can be easily access for the highest and third level.

As you know that it is so much famous, its design has been constructed around the world including in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Nevada, USA and in Japan too.
When it was design or first time created people didn’t like this design. They had criticized it a lot but after slowly they have loved this design. This Eiffel tower has given the nick name which is La dame de fer which means the iron lady.

On 31 March 1889 it was inaugurated and would be the tallest structure in the world until in the year the completion of the Chrysler building, in the year 1930. Over all this is a very beautiful place to visit.
